Explosion and pressure-resistant fire doors up to 20 kPa and EI90
There are very high safety requirements when storing hazardous substances. Particular attention is paid to the protection of persons in the adjacent danger zone. On one hand BUCHELE-doors reduce the risk of an explosion, on the other hand they also withstand the resulting pressure load in an emergency. Due to the quantity and type of substances stored, each pressure door is unique and is designed, calculated and built according to specific customer requirements. To absorb the enormous forces, special locking systems are used that are specially developed and manufactured at BUCHELE.

Multifunctional all-rounders: PLANE Line
One door series, but a thousand possibilities. The PLANE-Line doors are the all-rounders manufactured by BUCHELE. Each door is individually planned and manufactured. This means that it can also be equipped with a wide variety of features: Sound insulation, fire protection, burglary or bullet resistance - also in combination if required.

The fire and smoke protection doors made by BUCHELE are tested in accordance with the latest European standards:
• EN 1634-1 fire resistance time
• EN 1634-3 smoke control
• EN 1191 resistance to repeated opening and closing
UNIQUE, CREATIVE AND INDIVIDUAL SURFACES: BUCHELE DELUXE
The BUCHELE doors can be finished in individual surfaces: Painted in all colors or made of stainless steel, material 1.4301 (V2A) and 1.4404 or 1.4571 (V4A). Special coatings are also possible, creating completely new architectural possibilities. We call this » BUCHELE DELUXE.
