With their wide range portfolio of single and double wing fire protection doors and gates BUCHELE always has the required fire protection at hand. Each door or gate can easily be combined with further functions such as air permeability, sound insulation or property protection and they can also be manufactured in special sizes up to XXL dimensions. This allows greatest flexibility and an application in any situation.

In order to meet the constantly increasing international requirements BUCHELE has all fire proof doors tested in authorized institutes in Germany, Austria and France. Therefore, the doors are installed in the test stand as complete and fully functional elements and are exposed to a defined fire behaviour. Due to complex test programs in various institutes we can offer a large variety of possible combinations. This enables us to find the right solution even on complex requirements.

Fire protection doors by BUCHELE

For each application the perfect fire protection door –with certified security. So the PLANE Line-Fire- and Smoke-Protection-Doors are tested in accordance with the latest European standards.

• DIN EN 1634-1 for fire resistance rating
• DIN EN 1634-3 for smoke protection
• DIN EN 1191 for repeated opening and closing

By the way: The doors are also certified in stainless steel 1.4301 (V2A) and 1.4404 res. 1.4571 (V4A).

Fire protection doors by BUCHELE

The single-wing and double wing fire protection sliding gates by BUCHELE
are element doors whose gate leaves are made of single elements. Due to the ball-bearing carriages an exceptional easy movement even for large gates is guaranteed. All gate types may be manufactured with personnel door - with or without threshold profile.  On request the doors may be manufactured with rectangular of round shaped glazing.

Fire protection roller-shutters by BUCHELE

Fire protection roller-shutter tested in accordance with DIN EN 1634- 1, available up to a door leaf size of 50 m². Depending on the door type additional combinations of e.g. smoke protection, sound insulation, flood protection or Ex-protection may be combined.

PLANE-Line – our all-round door

The BUCHELE fire protection doors are mainly based on PLANE-Line: A door series with a thousand opportunities. The Plane-Line-Doors are the all-round talents by Buchele. Each door is planned and manufactured individually. Therefore, the door may be equipped with various features: Sound insulation, fire protection, burglar resistant- or bullet resistant - if required even in various combinations.

The PLANE-Line-Doors are available in in three versions BASIC, PREMIUM and SUPERIOR.
