Turnkey ready test stands – doors, walls, absorber, design, construction: BUCHELE implements test stand and laboratory environments for industrial businesses.

BUCHELE not only manufactures doors and gates for test stands but also lines out entire chambers with absorber elements. Normally test stand chambers are equipped with cassette absorbers or asymmetrical structured absorbers (ASA).

As an innovative and space-saving alternative the compact broadband absorber (BBA)was developed together with a renowned research institute. This resonance absorber reaches a high absorption efficiency with a construction depth of only 250 res. 350 mm and, therefore, enables to have anechoic chambers of precision-grade 1.

In addition the absorbers may be euipped with a sandwich-type resonator (VPR). This absorber could already successfully prove its high acoustic qualities in a series of prestigious projects worldwide. The sound absorber smoothens the room resonances, eliminates the humming and optimises communication. It, therefore, imporves the room acoustic in e. g. audio rooms, recording studios, office cabins and ,music rooms. „We use the experience gained in the last couple of years regarding installation of respective acoustic doors and complete our portfolio with turnkey-ready construction“, managing director Juergen Buchele explains. Customer requirements became more sophisticated in recent years and the request for one reliable contact person for the whole project became increasingly important to builders and architects. „We have taken theses impules into account and are thus able to implement this into custom made test stands“ says Juergen Buchele.
